Damage/Fault/Loss - In the highly unlikely event that the item should be damaged or lost in the post you are covered for a refund or replacement, just let us know which you prefer and we will sort everything out this end right away. If your item is damaged during transit please let us know as soon as possible, do not attempt to use the item as we may not cover damage which is caused after shipping unless it falls within the guarantee below.
Please note that once you sign for a delivery it becomes your liability and is recognised as delivered.
Cancellations - We only sell items that meet our high standards for both workmanship and value for money.
If you decide to cancel your order before it leaves the warehouse there is normally no charge, however if you cancel after your card has been charged this will result in a 10% transaction charge, we do not charge until just before despatch.
Special Order Items are clearly marked on the site, it is normally possible to cancel a special order item without any charges. However we reserve the right to charge any and all costs associated with returning the item to the wholesalers if you should decide to cancel after the item has shipped.
Guarantee - Most items on the site carry a 12 month guarantee against defective workmanship. Should you experience a problem with your item please contact us and we will contact the appropriate manufacturers/wholesalers on your behalf. Most manufacturers have a "usage policy" which determines what is and is not covered, for instance, damage resulting from incorrect use would not be covered.
